Because our products are made to order, slight variations in color, print placement, size, and garment texture may occur. These differences are considered normal and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes, or refuse service at our discretion.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud
Incorrect pricing
Product availability
Violation of these Terms

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

6. Print-on-Demand Production

Our products are printed and produced after an order is placed rather than being kept in inventory.

Because each item is made to order, production begins shortly after your purchase. For this reason, orders cannot always be modified or canceled once production has started.

While the designs are not personalized for individual customers, each item is manufactured specifically to fulfill your order. As a result, slight variations in print placement, color, or garment appearance may occur and are considered normal.

7. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Iron Plains is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather
Carrier delays
Holidays
Customs
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Since our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Buyer's remorse
Color preference
Ordering the wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Iron Plains unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
